In the sense that Horizon 2 is much more freeform, and it's mostly just prettier 4 with an AI gimmick? Ordinarily, I'd agree, but I'm still having fun with it - quite a bit.

I haven't been in on the big Oppo plays of Forza games, but I do have Blondude on my friends list, and his lap times for Forza 5 are Too Damn Low. Outside that, I can give some recommendations on games, but that'll depend on your interests.

They just released a Forza pack which contains both games which I recommend since they are both great games. That said Forza 6 will be out soon so you could skip Forza 5 since Horizon 2 is hardly lacking in content.

If you are a big forza guy in forza 5 for first time many people changed their controller dead zones via forza controller menu to be 0-100, They have some stupid artificial deadzones built into forza 5 that are no go.
